Be BHP, you have OD, just taken out OZL (PH/Carra) and now have a district of 3 producing copper mines in SA.
You can either exercise an option on a greenfields project (this one) with little supporting infrastructure or you can develop Oak Dam on the doorstep of Olympic Dam which is a potential monster deposit in its own right.
Also, not sure this is tier 1/world class thus on their shopping list.
If OZL remained independent think this was much more likely to be exercised.
Either way, still think there should be plenty of interest.
