Looking at HAV more closely, you are right. It is undervalued. The Kalkaroo Option/Alliance is due to come to a close in the next 4 or so months. Based on the current market cap, the market is saying that there is little chance that BHP will take up the option on Kalkaroo which is I don't believe to be true as seen by the site visits and the work that BHP is putting into the project. Even without the prospect of a minimum $205m buy out, the SP is still probably not where it should be.
