So the short version of that Takeovers Panel decision could be seen as::
- no you can't use the panel as a way of silencing Johnson or any shareholder
- yes his shares do count in the vote, but nice try at attempting to deny a shareholder of their rights
- a contrary opinion is not misleading and deceptive conduct unless we see proof of misleading etc
- no evidence of any of above, so go away
- HAV can go public and can argue any claims that Johnson has made if HAV are so sure of themselves
