    Less then a year ago, at the AGM, there was talk of dividend and now we find ourselves in a position of doing a raising at 12-month lows.

    We also have this complicated "funding arrangement" with a company that appears to have an incentive to keep the SP low.

    Everything about this reeks of desperation.
