I was expecting another announcement about the EGM very soon after the deal was announced. Five days later and all we have is silence. Im not up with exact details but I'm assuming they have to give a certain amount of notice for an EGM (maybe 30 days?). Every day they wait is another day before they can get drill rigs rolling.
Maybe, maybe, maybe, another offer has come out of the woodwork that they need to assess?
