Sorry for all the separate posts - just trying to digest this.
But I wonder if the directors are actually trying to open the doors to anyone else who may want to make a better offer.
Page 3 is titled "Why Havilah's Directors consider this to be a compelling opportunity" and not "Havilah's directors highly recommend shareholders vote for this proposal".
Are they trying to say "Has anyone else got a better offer than $50 million for a 51% (controlling) interest in Havilah? If so, please come forward now"
