Is what you are proposing an EGM that is likely to result in one of two options for HAV
1. SIMEC deal approved and retain existing management
2. SIMEC deal not approved, board members removed and replaced with new ones.
All the above to be voted on (with whatever separate votes are required) at the one EGM so therefore minimal additional cost?
