Is it a plausible assumption the IER is purely being delayed by someone as to gain a benefit from HAV running out of cash ?
Is the IER company being told by someone else To delay delay the report
The companys mining assets cannot be this complicated to determine a fair and reasonable valuation considering kalkaroo PFS is almost completed or completed and the data on the others is somewhat extensive enough for it to be a TO target.
Far more going on here than one knows.
