"If all committed funding is provided, it is expected that GFG will hold approximately 51% of the share capital of Havilah".
Per page 4, the "committed funding" is the initial placement of $6M and the next placement of $44M - therefore 51% sale of Havilah for $50M.
Not sure I'm a fan of that - but it is subject to shareholder approval.
I do like the director appointments on page 5 - GFG can appoint up to 5 directors.
