ICYMI, Ramelius (RMS: Mkt Cap: $355M) has reached 90% relevant interest in Explaurum (EXU: Mkt Cap: $80M).

EXU has an Au resource of 685k oz, ~ 20% less than the Au equivalent resource of ~ 870k oz at ex-HAV project, North Portia (estimated from Post #: 33096388). The buyer of North Portia also picked up the Portia plant and tailings as part of that comparatively bargain purchase. The balance of $12.5M owing on that divestment (from total ‘staged cash payments’ of $13.5M) remains outstanding.
