It is volune that will pretell an upcoming event.

Either two scenarios here

1. Large hilder is bored or has another use for theor money thats tied up in HAV and wants out at a minimum of 17 cents id guess amd someone has facilitated that sale to be drip fed into the market with some organised buying behind it

2. Or a large holder has been approached for some of or all of their stock amd more. As the stock is exchanged at lower prices it brings out more sellers sonthe said buyer may accumulate the quantities of that buyer.

Market depth large seller at 23. To me its not real and is being used to coerce retail sellers to place orders below this line. The large order will disappear at appropriate time or adjusted lower to persuade lower orders.

My opinion is it is option 1.
