Also i believe the intial PFS did not include cobalt credits where as now the cobalt should not be ignored.
I believe this is also an attempt to dangke a carrot to other suitors out there.
The volume over the past week or so has been somewhat elevated. There is a seller in the market why we dont know. But one can take heart that buyers at these levels continue to absorb the stock.
Once this tranche if selling is done a quick 20percent uptick will take place.
Its then we will know if the stock has legs to carry on.
Next few weeks will be interesting
