I watched the video of the Adelaide presentation. The 'accountant' does a good job; but the deal is far from ideal.
However, given the possible huge value of the iron ore resource and it being a such long term asset; I would like an arrangement whereby HAV retains percentage royalty on any and every extraction that takes place.
I remain "AGAINST".
