7. "GFG and associated restricted as a related party with respect to voting on dealing with major assets or transactions"However, shareholders have to pre-authorise the sale of iron and copper assets to GFG/SIMEC as part of the EGM vote. So shareholders are also waiving this protection.
8. Is is correct that in addition to the % of the company SIMEC gains via the share releases that they can also purchase an additional 3% every 6 months on market and in effect end up with a much higher % than the Transformational Opportunity suggests?
