You understand how 'connected party transactions' work right @gralia.....Gupta will be paying market prices! It will also be overseen by more independent directors so he can't outvote.
Not sure what you all think will happen if you vote 'NO'. As if any of our assets will ever get into production. This is basically our last chance for anything to have happen with our assets. Everyone here will be diluted I get that, but I'd prefer a piece of the pie (although smaller) then no pie at all.
Yes GFG gets discounted purchase of the company....but look what he's buying into! A company which has done nothing in 10years!!!
Be smart and bite the bullet and lets start getting these assets at least closer to production.
