    'Disadvantage- Dilution to existing shareholders’ interest' (Slide 11)

    Yet the EGM resolution recommended by HAV’s 'independent' directors is reliant on the same disadvantaged shareholders to vote for it.

    Figuratively speaking, it seems like the 'independent' directors have loaded the gun, are holding it to existing shareholders' heads and are expecting the same shareholders to pull the trigger.
