As the company is anyway so undervalued, I'd like to see management put some of the money towards a strategic share buy back - mop up the weak hands and retire those shares.
The sums required would be just a small part of the cash to be distributed, and the effect on the SP would be exponential.
The balance of the earmarked cash could then be distributed to remaining shareholders.
