Biggest shareholder is NMDC. They are raising $21.3M and most of the raise is coming from NMDC which is $19.2M as they are undertaking on their full entitlement. Why would NMDC want to put in more money for same number of shares post PFS? Most prob their holding is going to go slightly up post CR. They do not care if other do not take their entitlement as its just a $2M out of the total being raised. PFS will be out shortly and SP will most likely be higher post PFS.
