    I think a very real possibility is that HAW will accept a royalty rather than push in all their chips on a BFS and then have to find billions more for the mine build. Leave it to Hancock and India and wait for the millions to roll in .

    Yes, the money would be some years away but the upcoming PFS will enable a valuation for future royalties which should last for decades.
