It’s not working like that , we do tolling and haven’t got real costs and margins here ... you also have to take out the $3.5m given to SAR to cover the initial costs ... If you add current 16m+incoming 4-5m from parcels 14+15 = 20m .. i thought it would be 23.5m as well but never knew about the $3.5m that we owed to SAR (it was somewhere hidden in details , fair enough) …
And no , not $30m , I wish we had that it’s about $20m all up .
