As much as the retail holders of the 25% free float outside of the Top Twenty are "in the dark". The JV participant (GEL) must be getting somewhat "antsy".
Hypothetically, if I were HAW I'd be looking to tidy things up by consolidating ownership into 100% and then look towards either some type of equity deal with Saracen or getting them to consider making an offer (take-over) for HAW. A premium over the current SP (say 100%) and a special dividend of all funds at hand would be a nice.
They don't seem to be in any type of hurry though.
At least they aren't burning through the cash at hand. (yet?)
