The terms of the farmouts indicate low confidence for H-1.
Its a no brainer for OEL to drill, given the penalty funds from BHP, but otherwise it wouldnt get drilled in this oil price environment.
Tanzania drilling might not happen until they can share a rig with other operator/s to reduce costs ?
