Ann: Hawkley to raise up to $18 million , page-13

Hi HOG's,

I only recently discovered this stock and was intending to buy some when the TH was announced. That was lucky I guess. Now I'm asking experienced HOG watchers what do you think. Given I haven't been burnt by the free kick to Hartleys clients is this a screaming BUY? If I buy a few now can I still participate in the SPP at 37?

Appreciate any guidance you can offer. All care no responsibility. I understand the final decision will be up to me.
