Tony, Sorry I didn't answer your earlier post.
Only people who were holding HOG shares before the trading halt will be allowed to participate in the CR. Otherwise every man and his dog would would buy in and the offer of 10,000 per holder would be scaled back to practically nothing. As it is the offer is small and may be scaled back anyway, so if anyone else applies for the 10,000 they shouldn't expect to automatically be allowed the full quantity.
