I think they will approach share holders for a raise soon and my guess is same price .08c as they did last year at .15c raised with Regal then same offer to shareholders
This was a desperate raise they need the money fast LDA want there $2M cash in 3 weeks so this $5M is just to get by. Most likely approach share holders to raise another $10M which 50% will be underwritten by Regal again and I think the 50% will go to underwriter as most shareholders will not participate
