not good of course if they get shares for too cheap. but why complain that not offered to retailers when u know its gonna drive the price down to 8c anyways, just go buy on market for 8c-9c if u want.
i dont want to be little retail pleb, so I will be copying these Regal guys who apparently know how to get good deals, and I will also buy some more at 8c
