Problem here is the lack of clarity. Every announcement since (& including) the BFS-put-on-ice has simply added to the confusion. Take the latest - throws up more ?s eg why Regal (again), why 5mn, what happened to LDA etc. Anyone trading/investing HIO now is operating in the dark with 2 extreme scenarios possible: project is bust to ripe for takeover. And possibilities in between.
