what irks me the most is no offer to take minimum wage for atleast 3 months from the entire board. infact they had the gall to ask for more performance rights!
its simple each director must be put on minimum wage until BFS is complete and funding secured. If they believe in the project so much they would back their options to come in!
they must purchase shares of a sizeable chunk from their own pocket on market
the fact that no mention of a pay cut has been mentioned is disgusting, instead they give shareholders a pay cut with not only crashing the price but dilution
