    performance rights = options at 80c or $1? they get nothing unless u get 10x your money from here. this seems ok?

    i dont want my uppers getting paid minimum wage, there is no way they gonna do a good job working for minimum wage

    so u also want uppers to start buying shares dirt cheap on market at 9c?? then you can accuse them of tanking the SP on purpose???

    only shareholders getting a pay cut are the ones that are trading their holding, not long term holder
