If you bring your screen up to your nose and take a whiff of this announcement, you can almost smell Citi's finger prints on this. "Strategic Advisory Partner" Besides using a ready credit card to start my company back in the early 2000's (and being politely bent over with the rate) I haven't had much to do with them. Has anyone here been involved in a pre production resource stock that has had a similar agreement with Citi?
