Amatuer hour by Bryan again. Given the remuneration report wasn't carried at the AGM it means next strike will be a spill of the directors next years AGM.
The fact that he agrreed to place such a small amount so heavily discounted, and to Regal, knowing they are a seller day one is abhortantly brain dead.
Regal would have also recieved a sub underwriter fee of at least ~5% from Shaw as well so Regal is long at ~0.073c not 0.08c.
And the markets are not that bad as Bryan keeps saying; Australian market is one of the best performing as is its economy.
