After all the classic HotCopper talk of JV's, takeovers, shorters, big players hoovering up cheap shares, binding agreements to chat about possible ports, and so on - management are raising funds at a huge discount to keep paying their salaries while they figure out what to do with an uneconomical project.
Judge them by their actions, not their words.
