    Hi Tran, I agreed with you almost the way and now to say dump Bryan, I'm still with you. I've had my suspicions for quite a while and to me it's typical of management not being prudent with safe pair of hands. They effectively read the market incorrectly and realised too late that supply chain issues and increased materials costs is one big hard lesson.

    Get a new CEO and Chair? They will probably jump ship if they could but they are stuck with HIO. Jumping ship will destroy their reputations, so I think they will stick it out.

    Best thing they can do is to voluntarily reduce their remuneration as a show of support and carry on but if they have to go, I'm not sure if they can find a replacement.
