if that report is accurate it means the deal was done at a price of $0.0463
those new holders are free to trade them as soon as they get them. Be interesting to see if they dump some/all for a lazy 100%+ profit. If they do, might be great last chance to load up a bit cheaper.
remember, a retrace when the story hasn’t changed (actually it has, for the better), is a buying opportunity imho.
