    Hi Next appreciate your posts. Do you really think that this guarantees the project going into production? I would've thought this is finance at great terms, but plenty more needed at similarly good terms? Or will this ensure that other finance is forthcoming, or that offtakes will be easier to negotiate? Appreciate any thoughts?
