If you're going to pump hard you should probably get your facts right
- strike price is not at least 70c - it is a maximum of 70c.
- LDA are being given 71.5m options upfront with intrinsic Black Scholes value - for the opportunity to provide capital at a margin of safety (and flip out). You make it sound like they had to be 'willing' to take these?
Let's get the facts right and not twist the narrative.
