sorry I'm not interested in the mechanics of hio, I'm commenting on the death spiral financing deal. Good luck, your going to need it. I hope for you mgt doesn't apply for this finance deal, would be horrible to have two companies with similar finance deals. Traditional capraises are way better than this rubbish. Get one discount amount, not multiple 10 per cent discounts, and have a better chance of retaining capraise participants in a traditional capraise, as they go to existing and new shareholders. Instead of issuing shares to a company thats just going to dump them for a profit
