Interesting reading the various comments. I agree with both sides. The required funding is huge and will result in massive dilution. The question is can management act decisively and in the best interests of shareholders. I believe if the market truly liked the announcement the SP wouldn't have already retraced. The project will print money once up but it's the path from where it is now to that time that is unknown. The sheer time frame of any major development is going to cause the SP to struggle.
