Here's how I assess it.
It's a Put option at HIO's discretion. So if it's not needed and HIO completes the BFS including arranging off-takes, SP should go up.
It's clear that at some stage, HIO will require equity capital and if it's at a higher price, that's good.
The Put is an option in case the world turns upside down. It's an insurance plan that management decided is worth paying $4M.
I've got no problem with that.A bit rich but only time will tell.
