I think we're talking at cross purposes. I referred to the call options for two reasons. First, you referred to the ten business days relative to quotation of shares issued under LR3.10 upon the exercise of unquoted options. (At least according to the version of Chapter 6 that you were using). More importantly, Daz was painting a scene where the options had been exercised and the shares were being sold now into and contributing to the falling HIO market. As I said, that is cloud cuckoo land.
The issue of put options will be entirely at HIO's discretion. In other words, HIO is paying $4m for a $200m plus safety net, in case it is needed.
Daz is flogging a dead horse with the repetition ad nauseas of the spiralling death imagery when it is clear that he or she has little understanding of either the transaction or the ASX Listing Rules.
