Hmmm "if prices do go south". I've checked the world population growth chart quite a few times. It's charting quite well. Cannot see steel being substituted any time yet. Iron ore is going to be a staple commodity for some time yet. A person once quoted to me that his successes came from "feed and clothe the world" I'll add "house" to that too. Emerging nations have an exploding population of wealth creators, rising from poverty into working class and beyond.
