I think what you'll find is that it's more than just a question of the global economy turning around. Deposits like this one and Razorback have a colourful history of companies trying to get them out of the ground, releasing PFS', attracting lots of excitement in a bull market, then falling back into hibernation when the economics don't stack up and the investors grow bored. I know there's a whole narrative around CAP > HIO and the fight over control, etc, etc, but at the end of the day it looks eerily similar to ROY > MGT to me.
