I feel that the deals Hazer strike with partners are closely tied to the outcomes partners can expect from the plants.
They pretty much already know the input costs, but how efficient will the plant be?
How much can they get for the Graphite... and who will buy it?
How much H2 will it produce per input of methane?
This will determine the profitability of the pants.
The more profitable the plants are expected to be.... the better deal Hazer can extract for licensing.
And so we wait.....
