In some experimental hudrogen only gas turbines yes. But most that are looking to go into service are running on blends.
So why would someone want to spend 3x as much money, on 3x as much power generation to firstly make hydrogen, and then burn it for such a low energy conversion that they lose 3/4 of its contained energy when they do?
It all comes down to cost and efficiency. Nobody is doing that without other peoples money...
