Hydrogen cost issues are inherent in its energy efficiency. It's a physics problem for H2. Ignoring that is just plain head in the sand stuff. It's so light with such low density it is incredibly energy intensive to compress and store, let alone liquifying. There isnt alot anyone can do to change that.
