The CO2 content of most gasfields is way below 30%. Not sure where that number came from. Gorgon is considered very high and that's 14%. Many are 1-2%. Still significant tonnage, so not to be ignored. But also need to consider how the producers deal with it. For example, some do offsets. So the actual calculation will be field dependent on CO2 content and fugitive emissions, less any offsets, and equally important, the quality of those offsets.
