Each client will consider local economics and pursue projects that make sense in their jurisdiction. That includes cost of gas regardless of source, any fiscal incentives, local price for clean hydrogen, and how the produced graphite works locally or where they can export to.

But Hazer could still make a reasonable assessment that biogas projects are likely to be in the project mix.

Yes, that sounds quite realistic. Also, the word “commitment” is frequently tossed around in corp speak, but more often means “aspiration”.
