The best bet will be credits for gas companies collecting and feeding biogas into their networks and then metering it to HZR plants at client sites.
There aren't alot of biogas plants big enough to feed a large HZR plant up around those 100kt potential sizes. Biogas plants will be scattered, or are scattered, and just don't produce massive numbers.
