Personally I'm over the moon bought this announcement. They clear have set parameters of which to negotiate final terms. I would suggest enough for banks and instos to start analysing the company. I bet a road show is coming.
It also validates it for me. Fortis is not some start up. They are an energy provider. They know this stuff, and we commercialised with them.
