I actually think we will see the share price react in the coming weeks. My guess is that hazer is feeding the agreed metrics to the banks and instos so they can conduct valuations. GC said that the banks are interested but they just didn't have the data yet. Most assumed it was to do with 100 hours but I think it is more likely an understanding of commercial terms that the banks would be keen on. The banks now see a buyer (a highly credibleone), and they see terms (in a binding agreement). Give them time to evaluate and hopefully start buying. They certainly are not as reactive as punters, they will model scenarios first.
